JWT crusher supplied gravel materials to Las Vegas Paving for the NDOT #3890 project. 


JWT completed the local BLM Ella Mountain & Oak Springs Trilobite Trailhead Sites Phase I project in November of 2021. Awarded as the General Contractor, this project consisted of similar work done in the past. The work included trailhead improvements at the two BLM recreation sites, grading, gravel surfacing, shade structure installation, picnic tables, site furnishings and a vault restroom.

JWT Crushing Division ended the year in Beatty, NV crushing for Kalamazoo Materials.


JWT started the year off crushing locally at the Antelope Canyon pit in Caliente, NV. Pictured are materials being loaded into truck number W-56 and then hauled to our Panaca yard stockpile.

JWT's crushing operation was set-up in Warm Springs, NV. Contracted at the time with NDOT. The picture below is our JCI Crusher taken in July of 2019.

In August 2018 due to recent flooding, NDOT put out an emergency repair project for the reconstruction of roadway shoulder and slope repairs to SR 320, Caselton Mine Road, MP LN-0.15 to LN-1.00 here in Lincoln County, NV. JWT was awarded bid and construction began in October 2018. Project completion was December 10, 2018.


On December 15, 2017 JWT was awarded General Contractor of the CA NPS PP DEVA 2016(8), Pavement Preservation Death Valley Phase I Project, Death Valley National Park, Inyo Co., CA. Work began February 29, 2018 and will continue thru May 2018.

JWT's Crushing Operation stays busy year-round. 2017 was no exception. Starting the year off locally crushing at Antelope Canyon in Caliente, NV. Materials for our Panaca yard. A few jobs following were: Kalamazoo crushing near the NV state line & Nipton, CA, Westpoint Rock in Glendale, NV, ISS/NDOT Goldfield chip crushing, NDOT Gabbs crushing, Eureka, NV Projects, etc.


   In August of 2016 JWT performed the excavation, gradation, installation of structural fill, and pad prep for the Pahranagat Valley High School Wood & Auto Shop building in Alamo, NV.

   In July 2016 JWT completed the Lincoln County Sheriff Office's Storage Building Project. The work included a 40x50 steel building, 12' building eve height w/ interior partition wall, building erection, dirt work, concrete slab, footings, reinforcement & saw cutting, etc.


    In August 2015 JWT began the Lincoln County Airport Fence Project. Project completed in November of 2015. Work included: new perimeter fencing, new cattle guard, and (2) electronic gates located in Panaca, NV.

   In May of 2015 JWT bid and received the Cathedral Gorge Shop Drainage & Paving Improvements Project at Cathedral Gorge State Park, Lincoln County. Project completed the end of July 2015.

   In January 2015 JWT completed the Alamo Landing Field Snow Removal Building Project located in Alamo, NV.

   In December of 2014 JWT completed the White Pine Park Improvements Project and the White Pine County Regional Park Upgrades Project. All parks are within Ely, Preston, Ruth, and McGill areas located in White Pine County, Nevada.
 
   The White Pine County Park Improvements Project improved facilities and equipment at the Preston Community Park located in the town of Preston, the Courthouse Park in Ely, and the North Ely Park located on the north side of the City of Ely.

   The White Pine County Regional Park Upgrades Project upgraded facilities and equipment at the Bianchi Park located on southwest side of the City of Ely, the Broadbent Park located on the west side of the City of Ely, the McGill Circle/Ave K Park located on the north side of the town of McGill along Avenue K, the Ruth Community Park located in the center of Ruth, and the Steptoe Park located on the east side of the City of Ely.

   In January 2014 we completed The City of Caliente Pool Park Complex Phase II Project. The City of Caliente Pool Park Complex aka Super Park is located on the North side of Caliente, Nevada. The community pool building features new improvements such as: lobby area, office area, restroom facilities, change areas, shower areas, storage areas, pool filtration room, serving and concession area, utility connections and improvements, etc.

   In November of 2013 JWT started hauling shotcrete sand for Newmont Mining Corp. in northern Nevada. Our trucking division has been hauling material to 5 separate mine locations and will continue thru 2017.


  In March of 2012 we completed the Lincoln County Park Upgrades Project that included Pioneer Park located in Panaca, NV and Rachel Park (DC Day Park) located in Rachel, NV.

  In 2012 we completed the Lincoln County Fair and Rodeo Grounds located East of Panaca, NV. With a coordinated effort we were able to complete the project in time for the Lincoln County Fair. The project consisted of earth work, underground utilities, erection of new announcers booth, new arena lighting and installation of the rodeo arena utilizing both old and new arena elements.
